are they the same? cause i am afraid that when my phone usb plug into computer with virus might may harm or A PC virus may harm my phone?

Does anyone here knows where i could download a good free anti-virus and anti-spyware? If not totaly free, do u know any cheap ones, that could keep my PC & files safe?
