This is a meal from Safeway Signature select. It is chicken with peanut sauce. It is a Asian style noodle fish with thick chunks of white chicken pea pods and peanut sauce. It is mi!d but tasty. It also has carrots in it.

Does anyone out there know how to make real Thai peanut sauce. I can only find good tasting peanut sauce in certain Thai restaurants. I'd like to make it myself, though.

I think I love tofu best when it is braised and served with brown rice, stir-fry veggies and peanut sauce made with lemongrass and coconut milk. Mmmmm!
