I usually have terrible pelvic pain during the month. I go to different doctors and they all give me different diagnosis. Any home remedies to cure pelvic pain

I was told today that they think that I might have Interstitial Cystitis. I have since been researching it a bit. And, IT looks like there are some treatments. I am wondering if anyone on here has it and what has worked for you...
