Have you heard of Essure? I just found about this. It is an alternative method of birth control that is permanent. It seems really interesting in that all it is, is a spring that is inserted into the fallopian tubes and the tissue...

I heard that even this type of birth control isn't 100% sure that you can't get pregnant. Is this true?
