Do you turn off/silent your cellphone before you sleep?

I sleep with cellphone near me. I have no worries if I'll be receiving call during the wee hours of a day as it never happens except maybe for some emergency or wrong calls that rarely happened so I never turn it off or put it off...

Aside from while you're charging it? Do you ever turn it off when you're expecting a call or a message from someone you don't like? Or when you're doing something you're not supposed to? Come on and fess up!
