This is what my mama used to call it. I think it is properly just called polk. I have added a picture of a few young plants that are right beside our driveway. I have been picking the large plants and put up 21 quarts of polk....

I have polk taking over my flower bed and smothering out my flowers. I need to get it out but my Grandmother LOVES it and I am not going to visit her for another month. She said there is a way to freeze it but you must do...
