Why do hands sweat?

I'm really curious about it. I wasn't born with sweaty hands, it just happened recently- one time my hands were super dry then it became moist for no reason... So, who else has sweaty hands?

I don't know since when , my pore becomes larger , when i make up i hope to cover them , but , it doesn't help a lot
