We all enjoyed our lunch …but, I have to say….the prawns were a big mistake for me.
My tummy has been all over the place since lunch, and , I have spent a fair bit of time in the bathroom…..

I wrote about making prawn thingys with kafaiti pastry. There was a lot of the pastry left over so I made some ‘nests’ with some of it which you can see in the photo.
