Today, in spite of the blister, I went to the super with Leticia. I realise that the more I put off walking, the more my skin will be tender and prone to blisters. So we went walking and also di w quick trip to the drugstore...

Back home after the doctor.

The doctor wasn´t so mean, after all. The worst she said was that I would have to WALK! Exercise! MOVE! So I guess I´ll have to either walk and hit my eyes with the lower branches of trees or buy a machine to walk in my room...
