Hi I have problems uploading a photo for others to see when I post topics such as this one. I can't find anywhere in the site where I can do this, not even in 'customize my profile'. Can someone please help?

ok im not sure why but i cannot play any web videos music anythign and it say i need shockwave flash player, i click on it and get to the flash player website and download it but i cant figure out how to install it even with the...
