you have shaved and there is all sorts of bumps poping up is there anything that can be done about this.they say shaving has lost it,s art is that true.

I'm getting tired of all these razor bumps and cuts. Is there any way to avoid buying one of those 5-blade razors? Am I missing out on some secret to shaving?

which is the most cost-effective? I usually shave my legs, but I can't stand the cuts and razor bumps I sometimes get. The Veet cream works, but hair comes back after one day and it's pretty expensive since you only use the tube...
