Hi Guys, How many times your Operating System is crashed? I have used the recovery CD at least for 4 times. Have u faced the same issue?

We just have reformatted a vista laptop with came with only a recovery CD. We cannot make the recovery CD to work and used a different vista installer but used the same license key and it worked, however we don't know where to get...
