How do I refer a friend to Mylot

I read FAQ and it said to click on the link on bottom left of page that says "refer a friend". There is not "refer a friend" link. Am I looking in the wrong place?

hello guys i am very new to my lot..n i don't know much about n i need your help..if i want to refer my lot to my friends how to do that..i just saw the FAQ given in my lot but it says that their is a send invite in the left side...
