Cars, homes, appliances, etc. I am lucky enough right now that we have a small shack that is our own and all 5 of our cars are owned by us. I can't imagine paying $2400 for rent plus another $800 for a car payment to own or lease...

A lady I work with has lost the heat in her home. She wont call the landlord to fix it because she has not paid this months rent. I told her to call him anyway. She says she is just not comfortable asking him to fix heater...
