Ventolin Inhaler clogged/not spraying correctly

A newer inhaler I have has gotten to where if you spray it comes out half or worse in volume and intensity. It's literally over half full and I can't get a million new ones when I get them filled. Does anyone know why this...

have you used the new HFA albuterol inhaler?

If so , what do you think of it? I can not personally tell that it does the same as the old albuterol? And if its not helping is the old albuterol off the market completely now? What other rescue inhalers have you used?
