This one surprised me a few short years ago. Did you know that New York Strip IS T-Bone without the bone and the other side of the bone? My question is WHY? Why cut half of a steak off the bone and give it a different name?...

I am guilty. I ate a portion of this and the plate of shrimps. Though this ribeye steak was not that thickly sliced, it was good enough for me. It tasted delicious, yum...
