BMW X5 or Lexus RX300, Which one to go for?

After three years I have decided to buy a used SUV. I am very interested in buying either a BMW X5 3.0 Sport or a Lexus RX300 but don't know which one to go for.

Do you drive a car or SUV? What kind? We have a GMC Yukon and a Lexus RX300.
