I tried scampi last year….only a few at a time ….and I was ok.
I haven’t tried prawns yet.

My daughter fixed salmon for dinner. One of my all-time favorite meals. I had it just baked in butter with a baked potato. Do you think I got enough butter? A little chives on the tator made it taste divine.
The only thing I...

I finally got my daughter's new flip phone set up for her. We decided on the flip because she has made such an unorganized mess out of her last two Samsungs that we wanted one with little GBs and no room for the scads of games and...

I always loved salmon ….either tinned, fresh or smoked.
I used to eat it often, however about 6 years ago I suddenly became allergic to salmon….and prawns, and scampi.
It was a great shock and disappointment to me.
I tried several...

I actually intended to talk about the salmon I made this past Sunday sooner, but of course we had some technical difficulties with the pictures, and then a few things got me a bit distracted from the topic.
I mean, it's not like...

Good =healthy. They're boring.
Vegetables=most are yucky. The consistency of squash and yams make me gag. Kale is bitter, salads are boring. I do like spinach, mushrooms, brussel sprouts, and turnip greens.
Fruit= most I see...
