Any one have a good recipe for hot salsa that can be canned? I like to make salsa using different types of peppers.

Curious to know what different types of Salsas r out there & if anyone knows how to make Roasted Chili Corn Salsa like they do at Chipotle. It's sooo good. Respond w/ some types & recipes
