We had this tea set which was used only when guests arrived. It was a beautiful tea set. From the photo you will see the size of the saucer - surely much larger than what we see today

I got another cup out of the guest room where a lot of stuff is being stored right now.
This cup says "Standard China England" on the bottoms of the cup and the saucer, and has a lot of gold accents.
