I can't point out the country that has the paramount right to the Scarborough Shoal. I'm hoping that this negotiation will not turn harsh and be driven in nice way. What are your insights?

Last May 7th, a Chinese anchorwoman "claimed" that the Philippines was "indisputably" part of China. I know it was an accident but it sure made a lot of people shocked at the claim. I just want to know what people's thoughts are...
