Ladies, do you shave your legs less in winter?

I noticed the other day that I tend to let me legs go a bit longer in the winter. I'm sure having long pants on is part of the reason. Do you do this? What things might cause us to be more lax in the winter?

Do you think that man should shave their legs? I believe only women should, I never shaved my legs and I never will. What about you?
