While I know it’s not very interesting to many of you, I needed to get this off my chest, so to speak.
I was going to put up a photo of the wool table my father made and which is still in use. However, there were too many terms...

We spent ages in the Hood-Penn Museum in Westonia, Western Australia.
The wax model of a shearer was very authentic. Look at the way the cigarette hangs from his lip. He is busy cleaning his handpiece which Beau, his border...

My husband came across this in our photo files while searching for something else. I’d forgotten all about it but I can never miss a chance to show off our pet sheep, Hercules.
Many of my myLot friends will remember my various...

I know many of you will commiserate with me when I tell you that Herc has had to be put down.
I’m sure many of my friends here will remember Hercules, our pet sheep. He has featured in many of my posts. He developed an abscess...

Many of you have read various discussions about Herc, our pet sheep. Today was the day to have him shorn. I wanted to get a video of him jumping into our trailer on his own which we succeeded in doing. Mostly sheep have to be...

On Monday, we took Hercules, our pet sheep, to be shorn. It can be difficult to find a shearer who is prepared to do one or just a few sheep. A service club, Lions, used to have a day when people with pets could take their sheep...
