I live in texas and in stephensville they recently claimed to have seen a fast moving bright light. I am really skeptical in my beliefs of other life forms. I am not sure what exactly to think when it comes to E.T. life...

Is it because so many people have camcorders these days? There used to be a ton of reports from still pictures.Now you rarely here about any at all.
