Skipping dinner.

We had a late lunch today and we ordered fried chicken wing,crunch burgers with fries.We had burping lunch at 5 pm .Now no hunger just thinking of having some fresh fruits before going to bed and skipping dinner.

I had a pretty good day but at 6 when I usually have dinner... I just wasn't hungry so I skipped it. It wasn't until 7:30 that my blood sugar crashed and I mean crashed. I quickly ate something but it's taking its time returning...
