I did 28 hours of not sleeping ...before and went back to my regular 6-7 hours a night. I felt tired for about 2 weeks. How long continuously you did no sleep? The longest. How many days you sleep after that?

Well i Drink a glass of water as soon as i get up in the mroning...it is good for your healt...what do you do????????
