Learned a funny trick from my 1 year old niece.

My niece doesn't like to sleep! She will stay up for as long as she can & fight the drowsiness by pinching her eyelids... Have you ever seen that behavior before?

how many sleeps have you already counted..

during those sleepless nights? my mom would always tell me to just count sheeps when i can't sleep and i did. counted way too many of them (even those which ran over the fences!) have you done the same or do you know other...

Why am I not sleeping you may ask, okay maybe not but I am going to tell you anyway.(Grin) I suffer from insomnia a symptom of my PTSD(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). I can go for days getting no more than a couple of hours sleep...
