is there any technique in losing weight fast?? why do we need to eat if it tends to gain weight?? i'm a fat lady whose been stuggling in losing weight since high school, i already tried different diets, pills and slimming teas but...

Have you heard about this? Their site claims that Oprah and Rachael Ray recommends this.Just wanna know if you've tried it and if it's really effective. Tnx!
