Smoking is harmful to human health. Almost everyone knows that, but smoking is everywhere. Why? I wonder if there are some countries, smoking is totally forbidden?

I think that second hand smokers(the one who breathe in smoke of cigrettes)has more worst affects on health and many reseachers also support this evidence..what do you say?
