people change cant stop smoke if they want to!its up to you use it or to ignoredit. many of under age using cigarette below 15 at age most likely an abandoned children or street children.

Some people have no respect they can't stop their vices, eventhough in taxi most specially in jepneey they even don't care they're smoking though there's "NO SMOKING" sign they keen on going... Some people says Smoking Cegarettes...
