When administration becomes corrupted no goal of the Government can be achieved. Bribe is one of the practices of the administrative personals. It is a social disease.

Corruption has become a way of life

Corruption is spreading like cancer or AIDS.From President to Peon is envolved in either way in this social disease. Morality has become the event of the past.So why not to legalise corruption ?
