how to reformat a sony vaio laptop without a recovery disc..

hi there.. maybe you own a sony vaio that doesn't want to start or open up.. maybe you don't have the recovery disc to reformat your laptop.. if you encounter this type of problem, you can just open up your laptop and press F10.....
