Hello expert MyLotters, I have noticed the + and - signs beside each post. If I start a discussion am I supposed to rate the responses? Would this do something to the responders level? I see stars as well, how do you earn these? (...

I can see many people ranked in MyLot. How do you get those ranks , from where ? Who gives them Please guide me.
