I noticed that my lot placed a star next to my name everytime I participate in discussions now ,and I was wondering if any of you guys know the meaning of this symbol? Do they rate your discussions based on stars?

What are the stars by our names and how do we get them? I am just wondering cause I see them all the time and I have a yellow one with an 8 in it.
