I am a postgraduate in china and I was very interested in studing in other countries not to learn modern technology but to see the outsideworld.However,I have no opportunity now,I must go to work after graduation for some reasons....

It has been A fashion for nepalese and other countries student to go abroad for the study?Do u think that ur country's education is so poor that u have to go abroad?Or it has some other meaning?
