Friends ,what are your daily used cooking oil?

Friends,I want to know what are your main cooking oil?My hometown is in North China,oil of groundnuts is our daily used .And now I live in Northeast China,the everyday used cooking oil is soybean oil.

Changes in Chip Flavor?

I love potato chips and I am very picky in the way they taste. Too salty, not salty enough, or burnt...things like that. Anyway, recently Lays have switched their oil to 100% Sunflower and I think it makes the chips taste gross!...

How many kinds of preparing French fries do you know? What are you using: cooker, microwave oven, fryer(friteuse) etc. What kind of oil do you use (sunflower oil, palm oil, olive oil etc.)? Do you have some "secret" ingredients...
