Advertisements promising quick weight loss.. When you see them, what do you do?

I keep on reading these advertisements that say, "Lose 30 pounds in 30 days" or "Lose 21 pounds a month" but I am interested in them but never follow up on them... Some of these are outdoor advertisments tacked to telephone...
