Do you read Terms and Conditions everytime you register to new site?

Hi Sometimes I dont read terms and condition of a site, I just accept them, It will create some problems or not I dont know. I just want to know What do you do? Do you read terms before sign up?

hi, im new to this site (as you can see...) can someone help greatly and tell me how much i might earn using this site!? i cant find any info anywhere!? how much ight i earn a month if i did say an hour a day? thanks
