I rely on good old Rocky a lot when I do my walking downstairs. This CD really gets me moving. So this morning, I have already done a bit of my walking. Didn't do too much as I have to keep some energy for mowing the lawn later...

I don't know whether I'm getting old, but I've spent a lot of time over the past few days, reminiscing over my childhood and teenage days.:-) Maybe I'm not the only one who does this but I'd like to share a part of those memories...
