Best product to tighten pores and have smooth skin?

Have you tried a product and gave this effect? My pores are visible and I want to tighten it. That way, i would have smoother and younger looking skin. Can you recommend one? =D

What is the best way to get rid of bags around the eyes? Also, is there any way to tighten the skin around the eyes? With age the skin around the eyes become saggy and wrinkles start appearing. Dark circles become prominent....
