Tisane or herbal tea

If a beverage does not have leaves from camellia sinensis (Tea plant) then technically it is not tea, it is a tisane. However we tend to just call them herbal tea. I have some lemon balm plants and lots of sweet mint plants....

Personally, I like trying new things. I don't have much access to tea or anything for herbal teas, since my income is rather scarce right now, but I am interested in different ways to get a good tasting drink. One thing I've done...
