Some weeks ago, I planted a second tomato plant.
This one was called a ‘tomato tomatoberry’, a new hybrid variety. This morning I picked the first three tomatoes off the bush. They are small, like cherry tomatoes but they taste...

Hello, all!
I went out and watered the plants, and now I'd like to get something else done.
I think that I need to get some more coffee before noon if I'm going to stay awake at Bible study tonight.
I want to do...

Yes there are different types of bread and more fillings than stars in the sky ….well, not quite, but you get the idea.

I hope you are all well. I am glad my energy has been restored. I have fully resumed farm work, waking up early enough. There is no rain and I have to irrigate crops using borehole water. Also, I am preparing more land for tomato...

I had lunch, did Bible study, and then went out and watered the plants.
One of them was the volunteer tomato that sprung up a while ago, and when I looked at it I saw that not only was it a little bigger, but it has a little...

I went outside to water the plants, and took a photo of how the tomato plant is doing. It's still growing, although of course there's no tomatoes on it yet. I wish it would get a little warmer--it might grow even better.
I...

Three or four years ago, someone gave me cuttings from their tomato plant. I was watering plants tonight, and saw this little guy popping out of the ground. It's near where I planted some of the sunflower seeds that I had, so it...

When I was little, I didn't really like tomatoes, especially if they were made into juice or eaten directly. But, when I realized that tomatoes are very beneficial for the body, I like to eat tomatoes or make tomato masks for the...

Well, maybe that is a bit of an exaggeration.
After all, I haven't much to compare it to. The BLT I had for supper tonight may have been my first ever.
Zack bought BLTs for K, himself, and me at this place near where he's...

I was shopping Fred Meyers yesterday and was looking for something new to try. It's a thing of mine to find one thing to go outside my norm to try.
I saw a pack that said Kumato. Looking closer, I saw they are tomatoes but...

My sister brought me a lot of cherry tomatoes from her veggy patch in Valdivia.
But Claudia´s cherry tomatoes are sweeter and their skin is lighter. So I will make a tomato soup with them (I won´t tell her though).
Some of the...

To make up for the fact that I ate a 700 heavy calorie lunch, I opted to eat a salad for dinner. It has greens, tomato, mushroom, grapes in it with some Italian dressing tossed in there. It was good. I salted it, threw some black...

These long hot days can make my appetite go out the window it seems.
No garden tomatoes yet from my neighbor. They will be...
