Is there any way to reuse the triaI version software

Is there any way to reuse the trial version software after expiring the trial period without reinstalling the window. Is the answer is removing registry key then how it will be or you have any other way please tell.

Do you know any software which removes the entry of trail versions from our pc .........i want to use a software but its trial period is over.......I thought a registry cleaner will work but the trail version is still not working...

i want to practive winrunner 8.2 on my home pc. My institute dosent give us labtime to practice at institute.....I have installed it on my home pc but after 3-4 days i just changed the date of my pc then the software stopped...
