Many loose their temper, many may not some keep it them inside. Still many brust out in anger, many are silent. But loosing temper is uncontrollable for many.

Sometimes I have this real bad craving for sweets. Is it a problem?

I've heard that those who are depressed tend to eat lotta sweets. I do get angry and irritated with life sometimes. But, is that the only reason for this uncontrollable craving??
