now the upbux has closed members are disponted and i also losed %2 which is the frist earing of me on this site, upbux is telling its paypal's falt we dont know what is the true. what do you say upbux is scam or paypal?

I read story that PTC Upbux bankprut , because the amount of funds contained in paypal balance is lost. Have you ever experienced the same as Upbux , or is true that paypal scam ?

I just don't know. However the way they handle the situation leaving members hanging is not very professional and smells like and exit strategy to me. I just don't know.
