Hi fellas! well i am planning to book my room for next 21 days in this Naturo-pathy near by my area just few kilometers away. It really gives you some of the best-est results ever. But their way is pretty horrible but it works...

How can I walk away from soda, How can I stay committed to the diet and How can I stay motivated????
