How often do you weigh yourself? I weigh myself twice a day, and just wondering how often other people weigh themselves?

I don't do it any more often than once a week. I find that there are so many tiny fluctuations that if I do it more often than that it will be like a roller coaster ride. I try to do it at the same time of day, because that makes...
