Which one is the best, wet food or dry food for cat?

Eventhough I have cat for years, but i am still confuse to choose which kind of cat food is the best. Up until now I have giving my cat both kind of food. How about you, do you have same experience as me?

cat vomiting

we have a female cat that is 5 year old. This cat vomits every day. At least once a day. We have tried different type of food but she still vomits every day. She doesn't have long hair. I am wondering if using wet food would help....
