My husband got sick last week. Fever, headache, fatigue. He looked and felt terrible. So he got a covid test and we just got the results. He is clear of covid--so whatever is going on with him, it is not covid. I am so relieved!

Is it really worth taking vitamins and supplements or a waste of money?

I´ve been taking one tablet of a mixture of vitamins every day for over 9 months now, but noticed no difference. I don´t feel more energetic, nor less tired. Does it work for you and in which way?
