How far do you manage to get a perfectly stable overclock for your processor?

Ever since the introduction of 45nm processor, huge overclocking is possible even with air cooling. I myself manage to achieve a perfectly stable overclock of 4.0Ghz for my Intel Core 2 Duo E7400. What about you people out there?...
